At Lanham Engineering, we care about the team having a full life with work as just one part of it, so we provide unmatched flexibility. Unlike traditional engineering firms, employees are not required to work 40 hours to qualify for benefits, 24 hours is the minimum.
We provide up to three weeks of paid leave time to use for many situations including maternity/paternity leave, medical emergencies, mental health days, family care needs, and more. PTO time is encouraged to be used to recharge and come back refreshed, not to deal with emergencies and return feeling stressed. We have been a 100% remote company from inception and it really works for our team. Our team is full of motivated self-starters who also promote mentorship and learning from others, which we can successfully accomplish in a remote environment.
